Unspecified error while executing query

  I have one designer who keeps getting the following error when opening 20-20 “Unspecified error occurred while executing query”. If they click OK, 20-20 continues to load. The error will also occasionally pop up while they are working on a drawing.
  
  I just updated them to the latest v11 release as well, with no change.
  
  Anyone else seen this error before? Also, does anyone know if 20-20 keeps a more detailed log somewhere? The error message is not very helpful at all as it does not explain WHAT query is failing.

  It is difficult to say perhaps It may be a missing prerequisite that needs to be loaded or it could be resolved via a simple program reset.
