Wall dimensions changing after input

      Hi All!

      I’m super frustrated because whenever I input a dimension for a wall/window/door/opening as soon as I hit enter, the program modifies the dimension however it wants. My hand is not on the mouse so I’m not sure what the problem is. I can upload a video for reference.

      The video won’t upload.. But hopefully someone can help. Maybe its a setting?

      Hey Chelsea,

      I think the best thing to do would be to give our tech support a call at 1-866-697-2020.  They will be able to connect to your computer using Team viewer and can show them first-hand what is happening.
