My work area tool bar has disappeared.  I have no orange bar at the bottom.  I went to Maintenance Tools and did Registry Reset and it is still missing.  The first time it went missing was after a 20/20 tech support told me to do the Registry Reset the first time to solve another issue.  I’ve tried the reset again and no luck 🙁 Any ideas?

Its very odd that the registry reset did not put the bar back. Thats our go to move for that issue. (and a bunch of other to be truthful :-)) . First thing to do would be to make sure you are running the latest version of 2020 and make sure that there is nothing in your computer environment that blocks access to or restores registry settings. Antivirus software or network permissions are the usual culprits in that department. If you are the Admin on your computer and there is nothing blocking access to your registries give us a call at 1-866-697-2020 and a tech can take a first hand look at the issue for you.

Once you have got 2020 back the way you want it, I suggest using my free registry settings saver script which will hopefully give you a quick fix should this happen to you again.

I tried it a third time and this time I restarted the computer before I opened 20/20 and it finally worked! YAY! I think restarting was key 😉
