      All the new features and enhancements available in 2020 Manager have been made with your needs in mind. We are always listening to your feedback and make improvements based on what our customers need to be successful.



      • Pricing improvements – Advanced quoting functionality allows for total customization of pricing projects. Plus, there is the ability to add one-off pricing controls to include the correct pricing.
      • Project status – Users can convey the status of their projects for reporting and ltering purposes. The 2020 Manager Starter edition has preset options.
      • Notes – Allows users to create a note specific to the project they are working on. Additional data and controls around the note have been added to see who created it and when.
      • Support for multiple quotes – Your customers can choose from different versions of a quote based on what you have put together. A user can then choose the type of quote they want to proceed with and reject the ones they don’t.



      • Configure project status – Allows users to convey the status of their projects for reporting and filtering purposes. For 2020 Manager Foundation users, this feature allows for advanced customizations of unique statuses.
      • Workflow configuration – Allows users to change their workflow to best their business. Users can update the steps, names, and other controls to make the workflow fit the way they do business.
